INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
- Identify skipped invoices, prepare claim, file, and follow up.
- Determine what creates the chargebacks on the remittances (each vs case or returns, break/shrink, etc.)
- Monitor PO changes.
- Identify common root causes for short pays/skipped invoices.
- Follow EDI submission to portal. Determine failure root cause.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced excel knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills.
