POSITION SUMMARY:

Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking an entry level Account Executive to develop sales skills and grow our critical services business. As an Account Executive you will represent numerous “best in class” technology solutions and lifecycle services in the areas of; communications, video/access control, incident management, IoT, and fleet management, all of which enable our customers to successfully focus on their mission.

As you bring customers through their journey with MCA, you can win, exceed goals, and grow with the full backing of our extensive customer service organization and technical support resources. We are seeking motivated and driven individuals who want to be the customer’s trusted adviser and as a result take full advantage of the un-capped sales commission plan!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and profit objectives for a defined territory to build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective customers, manage quote and funnel on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for success.
  • Forecast sales and develop “out of the box” sales strategies that demonstrate MCA’s service first value.
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with both potential and current clients.
  • Implement sales campaigns, close sales, and drive to achieve quotas.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Leverage market data and marketing resources to target and prospect existing customer base to develop lifecycle needs analysis and solutions sales.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations with structure and grace to meet contractual expectations and preserve relationships.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • Two years of direct or inside sales experience preferred but not required; recent graduates encouraged
  • Self-starter and metrics driven individual that is coachable, determined and has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Technologically savvy and can quickly learn the ins and outs of our solutions and services to deliver a compelling presentation
  • Exceptional time management and ability to focus on what matters.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills
  • The ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levels
  • Possess intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
  • College degree, military service, or comparable work experience
