RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Accountant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (WI).Summary:Our client in the Downtown Milwaukee area is looking for an Accountant. This role provides primary accounting, bill processing, and financial reporting for the company. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records using data bases, spreadsheets, and accounting systems to track expenditures, revenue, receipts, cash flow, and other financial activities. We are looking for a candidate with polish and professionalism.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, previous property management accounting experience is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of accounting terminology, principles, and procedures required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Able to work independently
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
