Salary Range: $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for completeness.
• Notify Comfort Advisor of incomplete or missing information and payment and track collection of needed elements.
• Enter jobs, including document uploads.
• Work with the warehouse to ensure all AOR jobs have the appropriate equipment and inventory attached to each job.
• Register all equipment with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.
• Submit and track all rebates for qualifying customer's utility rebate applications.
• Purchase extended labor warranties as needed.
• Enter the equipment model/serial # in the system, along with the warranty for each piece of equipment installed
• Process payments for each AOR job daily. Includes entering payments in partnered systems. Generating financial documents for customers who finance through Third Party Financing and assisting in getting customers to sign Payment Authorization forms as necessary.
• Update job costing in the portal using information from the system and daily timesheets.
• Retain documents received from CAs for upcoming jobs.
• File permits for all jobs and request missing permits as necessary.
• Maintain organization of AOR folders for quick access.
• Observe all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and formulas, contracts, loan documents, and invoices.
• Have great organization and communication skills.
• Be detail oriented, accurate and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Be able to work with team members, including management.
• Be able to work in a high pace environment during the busy season, including working flexible hours as needed.
