What You Will Be Doing - Process AP invoices
- Initiate wires, AHC, and bill pays within bank portal
- Monitor and pay company credit cards
- Correspond, resolve, interact with vendors on all AP related issues
- Process expense reports for payroll
- Prepare all AP related reconciliation paperwork
- Assist with quarterly tax filings
- Create accounting and financial reports
What You Need for this Position Must have 3 + years of experience:
- Finance
- Accounting
- NetSuite
- Excel
- PowerPoint
