Our NA headquarters is looking for an experienced A/P clerk to join a rapidly growing accounting/finance team. We are working in the office Tue - Thur and remote Monday and Friday.
- Ability to process high volume of A/P vendor invoices into the SAP accounting system
- Point of contact for vendors, review statements, research discrepancies, respond to vendor inquires
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, foreign currency, US Sales tax, and Canadian Taxes
- Attention to detail, effective communication skills, organized and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and prioritize task
- Team player that will take initiative
- SAP / S4HANA
- Concur
- Excel, Outlook, Adobe
- Typing and 10 key
Ideal candidate will have an Associates dgree or higher in Accounting along with 2-3 years A/P experience.
