Accounts Payable Clerk

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a print production company in Sunrise (West), FL, to find them a Accounts Payable Clerk. Job Responsibilities:

• Process and code invoices via 3-way-match using purchase orders
• Issue payments via check, ACH and wire
• Communicate and establish standards with vendors for timelines and payments
• Create and maintain reports to support month-end, year-end close and the audit process

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• High School diploma
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUPs,) preferred but not required
• Experience with ERP (Great Plains would be a plus but not required)
• Commute comfortably to office daily
