Basic Job Functions:
The role of the Accounts Receivable Administrator includes but is not limited to processing and executing various daily AR responsibilities. Process billings and credits, lockbox cash applications, wire, and ACH transfers, reconciling accounts, research, and problem-solving miscellaneous AR related issues. This person will also assist with Credit Administrator duties as necessary. Able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including evenings, weekends and holidays as business conditions warrant. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 2 years business related degree or 2 years work experience in accounting or finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
2. A four-year degree in business or higher
