The Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation is accepting applications for a full-timeAdministrative Assistant. This is responsible administrative support work for upper-level management staff of the Office of Court Administration.

Examples of Work
Work involves, but is not limited to, providing complex support, as needed, for assigned administrative functions such as collecting/reviewing/summarizing information; extensive and timely data entry; filing program-related paperwork and records; timely and accurately responding to telephone and email inquiries; tracking preparation of administrative, operational or similar reports or informational summaries concerning workload, budgeting, staffing, or legislative topics; and planning, organizing, and implementing work assignments, as directed, in related administrative service areas. As directed, arranges and attends meetings, drafts meeting minutes, prepares and distributes agendas, schedules and other material; and compiles annual statistical reports. Assists in the preparation and successful execution of special events and projects. This includes processing registrations, preparing and compiling materials, uploading audio files for rating, and supporting AOCP staff during events. Performs related work as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school with at least four years of administrative secretarial or general secretarial experience in a law or business office.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: College degree. The ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
