We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant in Irvine, Ca
This company is a privately held retail estate company that is is looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle the administrative functions.
We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, positive, team player and a good multi-tasker.
This role will allow cross functional collaboration with departments and the ability to work on special projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare communications such as memos, emails, and reports
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Sorting mail daily
Greeting visitors
Answering and forwarding calls
Ordering food, supplies from local vendors
Stocking kitchen and office supplies
Supporting HR Manager with yearly event planning
Assist with special projects with departments as needed
Assist with expense reports as needed
Other duties assigned
Experience
Must have recent work experience in an office setting
3-4 years of Admin experience
Excellent verbal and written communications
Demonstrate leadership and professionalism
Ability to problem solve and provide actionable and positive feedback
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
