Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years work experience
- Agile transformation expertise
- Experience coaching Agile methodologies and practices
- Sufficient technical depth to proactively identify/support risks and barriers with workstream
- Strong communication skills
- Strong bias for action
- Experienced team leader capable of assessing team progress and motivation
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable and effective workplace
