Ap Specialist

We are seeking a Full Cycle Ap Specialist with experience with high volume in a large organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume AP: close to 1,000 invoices per month
• Perform 3-way match on accounts payable transactions.
• Pay bills, enter invoices, contact vendors.
• Process intercompany transactions, set up approved disbursement batches.
• Assist with the month-end closing process, review customer contract related deferred costs prepare subledger account reconciliations, support management reporting, and other projects.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years minimum of high-volume accounts payable experience
• Domestic and international experience is preferred.
• Solid Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formula usage and basic formulas.
• Large-tier ERP experience is required. Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, or Sage is a plus.

$26-30 per hour DOE
