Great Opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in established SF firm!

Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join this dynamic team. With a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic planning, this role offers the perfect blend of responsibility and opportunity for professional growth.

**Job Duties:**

- Process invoices with efficiency and meticulous accuracy.
- Handle reimbursement payments and charges.
- Reconcile work orders against invoices and approved proposals.
- Timely processing of security deposit returns.
- Manage recurring monthly payables.
- File Annual Business Gross Receipts/Payroll Tax and manage subsequent payments.
- Execute journal entries for QuickBooks/Intuit payroll taxes.
- Handle SF Rent Board Housing Inventory uploads.
- Calculate Annual Security deposit interest credits & Rent Board fee charges to tenant ledgers and generate letters for mailing.
- Complete year-end filing.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Required)

Experience:
- Accounts Payable: 5 years (Required)
- AppFolio and/or YARDI: 2 years (Required)

- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a solid communication skills.
- Experience with AppFolio and/or YARDI property management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
-Familiarity with Google Workspace a plus.

100% onsite.

Salary: $75-$85k annually
