Primary Function

These assemblers will be responsible to get associated parts cleaned, loaded, painted, and cured via a robotic paint cell.

Specific Responsibilities

• Accountable for quality inspections throughout the assembly process
• Use required hand and pneumatic tools to assemble product per company and customer specification
• Complete and document Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Preventative Maintenance
• Support New Model on all new automated applications related to Paint
• Communicates results and concerns to management for decision-making criteria
• Must be able to organize all aspects of the assembly process
• Understanding of paint and sealant application process control

High School Diploma/GED

Prior production assembly experience

Prior experience with a paint line a definite plus
