We are adding an Assistant Sales Manager to our growing sales department. This role will hire, train and mentor 5 salespeople. This role will focus on retaining and growing our SAAS business. This is an IN OFFICE opportunity in Irvine, CA.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the software solutions market. Experience selling B2B SAAS is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5 Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive growth in our RDAAS product line.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Identify training and development needs for the sales team to enhance skills and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary will be $8,000.00 per month (DOE). Plus semiannual discretionary bonus
