Associate Attorney

Law firm located in Edwardsville, IL is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their established team. This Attorney will focus on plaintiff litigation and represent clients diagnosed with an asbestos related disease. Specific duties will include:

• Assisting supervising attorney with case work up and motions
• Conducting client and witness interviews to obtain and evaluate information
• Deposing witnesses and clients
• Preparing discovery
• Appearing in court as needed
• Delegating assignments to team paralegals and legal assistants

Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois is required. Asbestos or personal injury experience is preferred, but not required.
