Apply now for the position of Audit Manager , and you will join our Audit Americas team based in Tarrytown, NY or Malvern, PA, contributing to enhancing overall operations and processes at Siemens Healthineers, while also making a significant impact that drives positive change and leads to improved financial results.

Your Role:

  • Plan and execute audit engagements, reviewing workpapers, communicating with clients, and supervising the respective Audit Team to ensure objectives are met.
  • Conduct audits, manage progress, analyze, and report results to Audit leadership and stakeholders.
  • Engage with cross-functional partners to assess problems and risks, develop improvement opportunities, and support implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor achievement of action plans to ensure follow-through and implementation.
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives by leveraging data analysis and visualization tools, and automation to streamline audit processes.
  • Represent Internal Audit within Siemens Healthineers, enhancing the reputation of SHS Audit as a trusted business partner managing risks for the company.
Your Expertise:
  • Driving digitization further within our internal audit group and audit engagements.
  • Possess practical knowledge of digitization possibilities for audit activities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), PowerBI or KNIME, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Work with our latest technology, necessitating your willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions.
  • Fluent in English (ideally as a native language, spoken and written) since you will interact with international customers; a foreign language proficiency is a plus.
  • Your profile is rounded out by excellent presentation skills in customer environments, showcasing your team orientation, communication abilities, and customer focus.
Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Professional certifications, e.g., CPA, MBA, CISSP, CIA are a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience, including process, systems, operational, financial review, compliance, audit, attestation in a Big 4 consulting firm preferred.
  • Great judgment and confidence in resolving matters requiring Board or management attention.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good judgment in assessing risks and control deficiencies, with confidence in resolving complex issues requiring management attention.
  • Leadership, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and works with minimal direct supervision to multitask and lead workload to timely completion.
  • Willing to travel, both national and international, up to 30%
