Billing Coordinator - Hybrid/Boston, MA

Our client, a consulting firm in Boston, is seeking a temporary Billing Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis through the end of the year. This role will work onsite in Boston 1 day per week. This role will join a 10 person team and report to the Billing Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare client billing and statements
• Maintain client profiles by updating billing and financial information
• Research and resolve any billing issues
• Respond to internal and external billing requests

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of billing experience
• Experience using 3E billing software is a huge plus!
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, minimum Associates degree required
