BMW&MINI of Mt Laurel is currently looking for a Shop Foreman to join their team!

Our Shop Foreman is responsible for providing direction and coaching to all Service Department alongside the Service Manager. While, supervising, motivating & monitoring individual technician productivity to achieve maximum daily output.
  • Technicians to ensure repair orders are processed according to each repair plan and adjust as needed throughout the day
  • Manage individual performance of production employees and coach/train as appropriate
  • Supervise and motivate the team to achieve CSI goals while supporting the Service Manager with employee training, development, coaching, evaluating and reprimanding
  • Manage daily and weekly workload assigning and distributing to balance and maximize production output also manage daily and weekly work in process to achieve company KPI's
  • Conduct regular weekly meetings with production employees to review daily/monthly goals also manage outgoing release schedule to achieve daily output
  • Effectively communicate delays in production to Service Drive Staff
  • Ensure repairs are processed in an efficient manner that produces quality repairs, Inspect vehicle repairs for quality control
  • Have a good understanding of daily shop operation with little supervision while assign jobs according to technician/team skillset and workload requirements

What we are looking for?
  • Experience using CDK, Autopoint & AllData a plus
  • More than 5+ Years Technician experience
  • BMW/MINI Training preferred, Master level, ASE Certifications a plus
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record, willingness to undergo our background requirements
