Holman Collison Center has an outstanding opportunity for an Estimator to join their team in Beaverton, OR!

What will you do?

  • Assess damage by thoroughly inspecting the customer's vehicle while using the factory repair guide.
  • Obtain damage information from customer.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with our customers by demonstrating a proactive nature in pursuing insurance companies for full payment of all repair costs.
  • Maintain certifications with factory training. (BMW, Lexus, Tesla, I-CAR)
  • Make responsible financial decisions to protect the relationship with our customers.
  • Work within the computer shop management system and estimating systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values.

What are we looking for?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow-up in a very timely manner
  • At least 2 years of Auto Estimator experience
  • ASE / ICAR is a plus
  • Ability to perform quality control on repaired vehicles
  • Current valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to be a team player

Target compensation is $100,000 - $120,000/annually

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9:00am - 6:00pm

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $6,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
