Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about keeping things organized? We're seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in American Canyon! While construction experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to dive into the world of bookkeeping, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Reconciling credit card transactions
• Assisting with HR paperwork and clerical tasks
• Conducting basic HR functions
• Managing internal payroll, including prevailing wage calculations

Top Qualities We're Looking For:

• Trustworthiness and reliability are non-negotiable
• Accurate and detail-oriented approach to work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Experience with Sage 100 or similar accounting software
• Basic knowledge of Excel

Compensation:

• $26-$28/hour for candidates without construction experience
• $30-$34/hour for candidates with construction experience
