We are a boutique professional services accounting firm located in Louisville, Kentucky. We have been in business for over 50 years, and are committed to providing the best financial services to our clients. We are actively searching for a Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a professional office environment, the ability to process payroll, experience with tax returns and write-ups, and are eager to grow in their role.

What You Will Be Doing As the Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for recording and maintaining daily financial transactions, such as bookkeeping/write-up for monthly, quarterly, and yearly clients. In addition, you will assist in the preparation of tax returns. Our clients are from a variety of backgrounds with a specialization in professional services such as doctors, dentist, lawyers, etc.
What You Need for this Position *Must Have:*

- Bookkeeping experience
- Payroll Processing
- Sales tax processing
- Tax Returns

*Nice to have:*

- Degree in related field
