- Supports functions in the day-to-day aspects of booking, shipping, tracking, on both import and export shipments.
- Timely tracking of shipments to exceed customer on-time pick-up and delivery expectations; proactive alternatives to prevent service failures.
- Customer Relationship - Consistent and professional communications; effective, prompt, and courteous communications with respect to operations, when needed to.
- Carrier Relationship - Productive carrier relationship, maintenance, and identification of difficult situations to notify to Capacity Specialist and / or Team Leader.
- Bring support to achieve Internal Department Goals.
- Operating Metrics - Ensure all documents / references required by customer billing, are properly recorded on the system.
