RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Louisville, KY.Summary:The Portfolio Management Professional is a key business support function for the IT Team. This role serves as a strategic finance partner for the Infrastructure and Operations group through in-depth analysis and insight into business performance. The role creates value by supplying expertise in financial thinking in order to support informed business decisions. Success in this role requires the development and application of complex financial analyses to assess business performance.Key Objectives include:- Business Analyst will be assisting department leaders with financial budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, and project financial tracking
- Supporting process improvement initiatives with financial analysis
- As a Business Analyst, you will be applying critical thinking to existing environment to offer cost saving alternatives
- Collaborating with various departments across the organization to provide value-add analytics and critical thinking on ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
