Key responsibilities:
• Discovers and documents current business processes using process modeling techniques.
• Designs and models to-be processes, performing gap analysis, and identifying areas for improvement
• Works with business users and product teams to capture requirements (both functional and non-functional) using various techniques such as workshop facilitation, data analysis, process analysis
• Combines all business requirements into a clear, managed, prioritized backlog (Agile) or business requirements document
• Conducts analysis that identifies current state business processes or system inadequacies and presents ideas for process and systems improvement that assist product teams in meeting customer needs.
• Designs end-to-end processes across products and translates such processes into solutions splitting requirements across products identifying and mapping dependencies
• Creates use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams, and technical documentation as needed to articulate requirements.
• Works with business/product teams in defining acceptance criteria and coordinating acceptance tests and issue resolution
• Leads troubleshooting of problems and assists in getting problems appropriately prioritized, assigned, fixed, tested, and closed.
• Interfaces with business (operations) users and customer stakeholders
• Supports Product Owner in prioritization of backlog by assessing business value and time to value.

Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in development lifecycle methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile, iterative)
• Experience as an Agile business analyst at the enterprise level
• Experience capturing high-level business requirements and decomposing them into user stories or specifications
• Experience creating use cases, user stories, business requirements specifications, functional specifications, process flow diagrams
• Experience in Media
