Business Development Manager
Job Description:
The Business Development Manager primarily works to establish new business relationships for the purpose of securing new projects or clients. The BD Manager will be responsible for their individual sales and business development as part of the Raleigh business unit, therefore brings qualified sales experience within the AEC industry and possesses the ability to implement a business development strategy and execute goals set forth for the office alongside local office leadership. This person has excellent communication skills, an understanding of general contracting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. The ideal candidate preferably has a strong track record of securing work for local clients in the corporate office industry. This position reports to and receives direction from Raleigh's Business Unit Leader and receives coaching from a Business Development Director or Vice President.
