Summary:
Manages business operations functions required by the clinical departments; responsible for analysis, interpretation and presentation of operational performance data, evaluation and implementation of process improvement strategies with operational leadership, oversight of business processes, such as materials and resources procurement and contract execution and project management; interacts regularly with leadership and internal and external stakeholders, making recommendations to ensure effective integration of department services with Center-wide operations.

Starting salary for this position is $77,770 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in business and operations analysis and coordination in a healthcare setting; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in business and operations analysis and coordination in a healthcare setting.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have excel and data modeling experience, prior Healthcare experience with prior supervision, a certification in business operations and experience with process improvement.
