Vintun is seeking a forward-thinking Business/Requirements Analyst to join our team in support of our Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) contract in Norfolk, VA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in documenting and refining user stories and functional requirements for the Navy's Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS) enterprise system. The ideal candidate will have experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, developing user stories, and test cases. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenging and changing situations quickly while being able to facilitate the completion of multiple tasks and assignments.

The candidate must be able to work on site at the Little Creek Navy Base in Norfolk, VA.

What will you do?

• Serve as a business/requirements analyst between contractor teams, stakeholders, and functional experts to achieve business reform objectives.
• Analyzing legacy information systems to document requirements and functionality of existing business processes.
• Create and refine functional requirements based on existing systems or requested new functionality
• Create and refine User Stories based on new or existing functional requirements
• Develop Acceptance Criteria for created User Stories and requirements
• Develop and execute Test Cases against the developed User Stories and requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues to produce valid and accurately written technical content for various products (e.g., briefings, narratives, and justifications).

Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 4 years of IT experience with BA/BS in a related IT field
• Experience with business analysis, documenting requirements, and creating use cases and test cases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Must be a US citizen

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management or logistics
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Teams

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25lbs.
