RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team remotely. The Business Systems Analyst needs to be able to quickly understand the transportation language/terminology. They will be responsible for translating business needs into solutions and communicating those to the development team in an agile environment. Candidates must have strong leadership and facilitation skills.REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of BSA experience in an Agile environment
- Leadership experience (Former PM converted to a Senior BSA is nice to have not a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent facilitation skills
- BPMN knowledge (intermediate)
- Data Mapping (intermediate to expert)
- Systems Integration experience (expert)
- Technical experience
- Agile Tools experience (JIRA, Rally, Version One now AI, Azure, etc.)
- Able to lead fast-paced projects as the BSA
- Knowledge of Transportation or Logistics a plus
- Data Architect skills are a plus (Understanding of how systems integrate with each other)
- Technical skills: SQL; AS400
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
