Works under the direction of more senior IT team members; provides assistance with the IT support of various business units while ensuring that technology solutions and systems align with the needs and objectives of the business and organization; works closely with business owners and IT team members to assess, document business processes/requirements, recommend process improvements and document system processes; performs lower level and routine software design, configuration, testing and support activities for a wide range of software applications.

Starting salary for this position is $64,589 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Education and Experience

Associate's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience utilizing, working with or supporting information systems.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have excellent customer service skills, prior call center experience, and excellent multi-tasking abilities. They will also have working knowledge of clinical systems, Microsoft Teams, comfort with technologies such as computers, smart phones, iPads, bar code scanners etc., and experience with working in Service Now and previous end user support roles.
