Summary:
Serves customers by taking telephone, fax, and e-mail orders; providing information.
Project Details:
- Take orders by obtaining and verifying information.
- Enter orders by transmitting information.
- Provide product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance.
- Maintain call center database by entering and verifying information and update contact log.
- Improve quality results by recommending changes.
- Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and report malfunctions.
