Reading Hospital is offering increased Cardiopulmonary Tech rates!
Responsibilities
The role of the Cardiopulmonary Technician is to assist the anesthesia provider in preparing for and assisting in caring for patients including complex cases such as open-heart surgery, trauma, and a wide variety of surgical cases. Other duties include assembly of equipment used for anesthesia related procedures, maintenance of anesthesia equipment, operating room turn overs, and cleaning/stocking operating rooms.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- LPN Experience Required
- PA Practical Nurse License
- BLS Certification
- Computer Skills to include use and navigation
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- General Clerical Skills
- Microsoft Word
- Strong Team Player
