Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a notable personal injury law firm who is searching for case managers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a case manager, handling upwards of 100 files at any given time. The ideal candidate must be well organized, driven, a self-starter and manage daily pressures and tasks well.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening claims with insurance companies
  • Organization and management of case files and documents
  • Requesting health insurance liens
  • Providing support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating communication between client and case manager, and attorneys
  • Coordinating and scheduling medical appointments and treatments for clients
  • Gathering and organizing relevant documentation, such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements
  • Handling property damage claims
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of case progress, including up to date medical treatment and progress records
  • Verifying medical billing balances
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as drafting client letters, requests for evidence, settlement demands, and other documents, as well as managing case files
  • Working with attorneys to develop strategies for pursuing the best possible outcome for clients
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury case management, with a strong track record of managing cases effectively
  • Highly motivated
  • Professional demeanor
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work independently and handle high volume of cases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
