Delivery Driver - Local CDL B

This position is for a CDL Class B Delivery Driver. Delivery operations are primarily Mon-Fri with rotating days off. It is a 4 day work week schedule with shift start times between 2am-5am. Oakhurst has an excellent local management team that works hard to provide the most effective schedules for employees. We understand that good CDL delivery drivers are in high demand and that you can be selective about where you work. • Daily local delivery routes departing in a loaded truck from Portland, ME
• 4-Day work week, with an extremely competitive salary to reflect work & shift
• Shift times begin early AM (Flexibility between 2:00AM-4:00AM) NOW WITH WEEKENDS OFF !
• We own our equipment and have our own fleet maintenance facility and staff on-site
• 3 ½ weeks of paid time off in year #1 of vacation time plus paid holidays
• Drivers that operate safely will earn up to a $1000 safety bonus annually

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License
• Ability to obtain an unencumbered DOT Medical Card
• Strong operational knowledge of Hours-of-Service rules and regulations
• Knowledge and ability to consistently perform pre/post trip vehicle and equipment inspections
• Delivery based type job experience or customer facing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate handheld equipment and transact sales & delivery documents
