RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is in the healthcare industry in Dallas, TX and is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their organization and take them to the next level.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, human resources, marketing, and clinical operations:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Accounting and Reporting
  • Revenue Cycle Management
  • Risk Management
  • Team and Practice Management


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field, with a focus on operations management
  • Only candidates with a highly proven track record with 5-10 years of experience as a COO in the medical industry will be considered
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
