What You Will Be Doing - Supervise and give instructions to teams of craft people, including 4-6 rotating foremen
- Manage subordinates on a daily basis and hold them accountable for their projects
- With the site project manager, manage and update the project cost status on labor, materials, and subcontractors
What You Need for this Position - 4+ years as a Superintendent for civil or industrial projects
- Ability to understand and provide safety standards and expectations of the company
- Valid drivers license and can commute to jobs sites
- Good communication
