Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services Representative to join our client onsite in Dover, NH on a contract-to-hire basis. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities, prospecting potential leads, and effectively closing sales deals.

Compensation: $16.00-$19.00 + Commission depending on experience

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon-Fri)

What You'll Do:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct research on potential clients and industries to understand their needs and pain points
• Listen attentively to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing personalized solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall success of the company
• Update and maintain customer records in CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups

What You'll Need:

• Excellent communication skill to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent relevant work experience
