WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Credit Analyst to support the Select Markets team. The Commercial Credit Analyst will manage a portfolio of existing commercial banking customer relationships as assigned by the Select Markets Team Leader or department manager. The incumbent will also work closely with the Team Leader or Department Manager to support the credit administration needs of that Manager's customer portfolio to develop information concerning their business, financial condition and operating performance, as well as to evaluate financing needs.

The Credit Analyst will have overall responsibility for ensuring the effective and efficient underwriting of commercial loans in alignment with Bank's risk tolerance. The incumbent may require underwriting the Bank's most challenging and complex commercial exposure and may also join on prospect/customers calls with the lending team. The work experience and training of the individual would dictate the complexity of the customer relationships managed, any credit authority extended, and the designation of the credit analyst.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business related field but will accept equivalent experience in retail and commercial banking divisions.
• Must have at 2 years of relevant commercial banking experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of commercial loan products.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to thoroughly interpret financial data and use sound business judgment.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent listening ability and presentation skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office; Word and Excel
