Our client is a well-respected Construction company with an extensive portfolio of projects in the commercial industry. They are an established contractor who have been in the industry for many years specializing in ground up and renovation projects including restaurants, hotels, retail, and more. This business is well respected in the industry, offers opportunity for growth, and they have a significant pipeline of work over the next 24 months.

Your new role
As an Estimator you will be responsible for completing accurate estimates, managing the bid process and monitoring schedule adherence for multiple projects. You will perform quantity take-offs for lump sum bidding, conceptual and design development budgets and GMPs. The Estimator is required to develop a scope of work and solicit subcontractors and suppliers. The Estimator will also be accountable for maintaining relationships with the subcontractors, building trust and value through communication.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience within the commercial construction industry as an Estimator with a proven background estimating multiple projects at a time. You will have exceptional communication skills, strong leadership and the ability to multi task.
