We are a 100% employee-owned company and are seeking a Commercial Project Engineer to join our ever-growing team in both our Sacramento & Irvine Offices!

*About the Role*
We are seeking a Project Engineer for various commercial projects consisting largely of * Higher Education & Public Works projects*.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer.

What You Will Be Doing - Review and ensure technical and engineering aspects are on target
- Work closely with the PM to create and manage PMPs
- Construct Procurement Schedules
- Review submittals for compliance
- Understand and oversee project contracts and PO's
- Manages "as-built" Contracts
- Participate in various concrete designs
- Plan and supervise project teams
- Prevent and mitigate claims
What You Need for this Position - 3+ Years of Experience in Construction
- 4 yr Construction-related degree or equivalent related experience
- Overall knowledge in all aspects of construction
- Proven track record of success from small to large size projects
* Experience in k-12 & Higher Education projects is a huge plus! *
