We're looking for a Commercial Roof Repair Tech. Family owned and operated, we have been servicing Cleveland | Akron | Canton, Ohio and the surrounding area for over 50 years. We have been awarded Duro-Last Platinum Contractor for numerous years. We're also a recipient of the Duro-Last Chairman and Admiral Award.
We are the Astec Re-Ply Roofing System Dealer of the Year for numerous years. We pride ourselves on being a Firestone Building Products Licensed Applicator for Asphalt, EPDM, TPO and Gaco Roofing Systems.

Seeking an experienced Commercial Roof Tech to help us meet demand in a skilled and professional manner. Reliability and accountability is key! We are looking for individuals that want to grow or expand a construction career.
What You Will Be Doing Join our family as a Commercial Roof Repair Tech. A Commercial Roof Repair Tech needs to:
- Report directly to the COO
- Be able to work long and flexible hours.
- Be able to work at heights on lifts and ladders.
- Be accustomed to high volume outdoor work.
- Be in good physical condition and able to lift and carry weights of 50 lbs.
- Be experienced with various roofing materials.
What You Need for this Position - Experience with application on any of the following roof systems: EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified, Metal and Coating
- Flashing or Built up
- Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Willing to be trained and use company software (Experience with FCS is a plus)
- Expertise in roof inspection
- Able to lead and train helpers in team environment
- Must have a Valid Driver's License (or reliable transportation)
