Design, management, evaluation and communication of First Financial Bank's compensation programs.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions
  • Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys
  • Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs
  • Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creations and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets.
  • Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs
  • Partners with HR Business Partners and line of business leaders on job and structure evaluations

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Analytical thinking skills with ability to communicate results written or verbally
  • High proficiency in excel including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Ability to work as a team on ongoing projects and daily workload

    • No direct supervision required

    • Frequent movement around the office
    • Sitting for long periods in an office environment
    • Hearing, Seeing
    • Limited travel when necessary
