The PayPal HR Operations team is seeking an experienced and highly engaged Senior Analyst to provide programmatic, operational, and systems support to our Compensation team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering best-in-class optimized HR services to the enterprise and hyper-focused on flawless 'go-to-market' execution. The successful candidate will navigate easily between both program management and hands-on items on the to-do list.

Job Description:

The PayPal HR Operations team is seeking an experienced and highly engaged Senior Analyst to provide programmatic, operational, and systems support to our Compensation team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering best-in-class optimized HR services to the enterprise and hyper-focused on flawless 'go-to-market' execution. The successful candidate will navigate easily between both program management and hands-on items on the to-do list.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with Compensation Operations lead and global Compensation team to translate high level vision into a clear set of requirements for compensation and equity related process and tools
  • Provide end-to-end support of Annual Reward Planning in Workday in partnership with HR Technology including: requirements documentation and coordinating testing; system preparation in advance of the process; day to day system support and troubleshooting during the process
  • Support program management, requirements gathering and documentation, and lead testing of PayPal's Workday Advanced Compensation module, which includes merit, bonus and stock planning as well as total rewards statements. Includes system preparation in advance of the process as well as day to day support and troubleshooting during the process in partnership with IT.
  • In partnership with Compensation Partners, HRBPs and HR IT, support the Rewards lifecycle and systems including Workday, MarketPay and CompView (internal compensation dashboard)
  • Support development of compensation content on our employee portal and participate in the development of training materials for HRBPs and people managers globally
  • Contribute to various other projects and initiatives pertaining to global compensation programs and practices and equity practices aligned with HR priorities and portfolio roadmap

Job Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of rewards operations. Strong working knowledge of, and hands-on practical experience with, technology tools (Workday HCM, Workday Core compensation, Advanced Compensation)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills, coupled with an ownership mentality to ensure tasks are seen through to completion.
  • Ability to incorporate inputs from multiple stakeholders around approaches and program design, coupled with the ability to translate inputs into effective execution and tangible outcomes
  • Skilled at simplifying and operationalizing processes and systems to drive efficient delivery of services at scale. Eager to learn new things and apply knowledge to innovate, improve/simplify processes.
  • Thrive in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. Ability to manage high job complexity and constant multi-tasking with exceptional attention to detail. Well organized, able to prioritize well, work efficiently. Shows flexibility as workloads fluctuate.

Colorado Only: The pay range for this position in Colorado starts as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus or commission if a Sales role. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary.
