Job Description

A Compliance Technician is responsible for completing the following duties:

  • Install, program, repair, and troubleshoot Windows-based point of sale systems on customer location
  • Install, program, repair, and troubleshoot petroleum equipment on customer location
  • Train customers on newly installed equipment and networks
  • Work with customers and other third parties to seamlessly integrate all components within the network
  • Work with the customer on location to set up custom configurations based on sites needs
  • Working individually and as part of a team as needed
  • Repairing windows based hardware including - hard drives, motherboards, network switches, managed firewalls, etc.
  • Work with a world-class CRM system integrated with dispatching
  • Travel required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • A valid State Driver's License
  • Ok with travel
  • High-level customer service
  • Clean driving and safety record
  • Ability to work alone
