Beacon Hill Staffing is looking to hire a Concierge for our client in Alpharetta (Avalon), Ga. This is a full time, in office, contract to perm job opportunity. Total hours to work per week is 32, schedule comes out 2 weeks in advance, schedule can be any day of the week including weekends (typically Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday - and change each week)
The Concierge is main host for all guests (visitors) and customers (tenants) at Avalon and plays a vital role in daily customer service operations. The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a variety of scenarios, always exceeding guest expectations and enlivening the guest experience, ensuring that guests have a memorable stay on property and return to Avalon time and time again.
