Construction Foreperson (Vermont)

What you can expect

• $28/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
• Annual increase potential
• Paid Time Off
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses - unlimited

What you will do

• Experience with all aspects of paving operations
• Ability to lead and manage work crew
• Ability to calculate paving yield and tons per round.
• Willingness to perform administrative duties such as timecard review and approval, progress postings (daily quantities) and keep a field journal.
• Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
• Maintain and verify site control and benchmarks.
• Operate robotic totals stations, GPS and level instruments.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Prepare layout data from digital design files.
• Work with automated equipment such as motor graders and dozers
