What You Will Be Doing From contract execution through project closeout, Superintendents provide the critical job-site leadership necessary to bring commercial construction projects to successful completion, as measured by quality, safety, schedule adherence, budget maintenance, and client satisfaction.
What You Need for this Position -Technical subject matter experts regarding construction methodology and management, with a keen understanding of design documents.
-Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven leaders with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
-Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
-Effective communicators and relationship builders who collaborate respectfully in a team environment.
-Tech-savvy, with proficiency using Bluebeam, CMiC, and the entire MS Office Suite.
