Position: Project Accountant / Contract Admin
Duration: Temp to hire
Location: Concord - 100% on site
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly billings, including time & material billingsEntering subcontractor invoicesA/R managementEnter costs into our ERP (Viewpoint Spectrum)Monitor project costs versus estimatesCollections management for assigned projects (10-18 monthly)Support 3-5 Project ManagersReport directly to the ControllerQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredExperience with Viewpoint Spectrum or similar ERP systems preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSalary Range: $75,000 - $87,000
