RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a dynamic Somerville, New Jersey (NJ) based real estate owner/developer is seeking a Controller. You will report to the company principals and be charged with creating, building, and leading a high caliber accounting department and team. If you have 10+ years of real estate related accounting experience (residential a plus), this could be a life-changing career opportunity. REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of relevant real estate accounting experience gained via public accounting and/or private industry
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar RE software
• Candidates must have a true passion for the industry and a burning desire to be part of the leadership team in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Outstanding communications skills
• CPA is a plus
