You will play a critical role in ensuring projects and organizational change initiatives meet their objectives by increasing adoption and engagement and inspiring the team to change behaviors. You will manage, create, implement, and oversee all internal communication programs that effectively describe and promote our key initiatives to our organization, stakeholder groups, and our partners. We operate at scale and are going through a large-scale transformation, as a result, the ability to navigate ambiguity and to adapt quickly to new situations will be critical.
Manage team-wide and executive communications.
Lead communication development for strategic executive-led updates; including changes to team strategy and structure.
Build, draft, and oversee the review process of strategic communication plans in partnership with other teams
Advise senior leadership on the right forum, timing and content.
Own editorial calendar, narrative voice, and author and edit bi-weekly team wide newsletter.
Develop content for quarterly all-hands.
Oversee production of monthly video series. Act as both project manager and script writer. Oversee relationship with pre/postproduction vendors.
Lead prep of relevant Q&A for All Hands meetings (Monthly).
Create impact reports on effectiveness of channels and update metrics as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Experience using communications as a strategic lever to build excitement, promote and land initiatives within a large team Strong, clear communication style (written, verbal, presentation) and ability to distill complex subjects into coherent and easy-to-understand language Strong skills in Google slide design, formatting and visual aesthetics Note that examples of past communications may be requested
